Prioritize based on Intercom data

Every Userfeed post creates a segment of users in Intercom so that you can understand more about users and companies linked to specific feedback (eg. Revenue, product usage, Geo, etc.). Simply click "view users" on a Userfeed post to message those users to clarify their needs, learn more about their goals, or share status updates.
