Updating a post's status is a great way to inform your users (and your team) of the progress of features.

When a post is marked as "planned", "in progress", or "complete", it will automatically appear on your roadmap in the corresponding column. The roadmap includes the post's title, like count, and its feed name (e.g. Feature Requests, Bugs, etc.). If you instal the Intercom messenger app and use the roadmap widget, your users will able to view the status in your app.
