Link an Intercom user to a post to "like" the post on their behalf

If a user ever offers you feedback about something you've heard before (and already has a post in Userfeed), simply tag them with the post's Intercom tag, and they will  "like" ❤️the post.

The Intercom tag is based on the post title and is displayed on the post page, as seen below:
