If you're in the Userfeed app and you want to link a user/lead to a post without having to jump back into Intercom, simply click add user.
Start tying in the email address of the user/lead, and we will auto-search for users/leads that have given feedback before so you can select one of them.
If they haven't given feedback before, we will search Intercom for that user.
If we still can't find them, we offer you the ability to add this email as a new lead in Intercom (and we'll add them to the post)!
This is not something you can even do within Intercom's UI (you can only add leads in bulk via a csv, list, etc.), so we're super excited to offer this to our customer 🙂
