When users submit feedback or "like" a feedback post, it often makes sense to reach out them to ask additional questions or ask for more feedback/context. With Messages we make this easy, without needing to jump over to Intercom to do it.
You can respond to the user that initially submitted the feedback or select a user from the list of users who have requested that Userfeed post. When sending the message, we automatically include the feedback post you're referring to (within the message). Plus, we send the message through Intercom, keeping your communication centralized.
You can also send messages to users that leave comments directly on the Comments tab. Optionally, leave your message as a public comment for other users to see.
