Click "view users" to open up a segment in Intercom showing you all the users who have requested that post.

Simply click "message" to send a personalized message to all of the users who requested that post. Ask for more feedback, schedule user interviews, or close the loop on a new feature!

Whenever you update the status of a post, we also post a private note to each linked conversation. You can decide if you'd like to message the user about the update, all within the same conversation that they gave the feedback.
