When sending apps in Intercom messages or showing our apps in your Messenger, it's important to speak to your customers any way that you want. Being able to control the message can dictate the type/quality of feedback you get from users. 

If you want to customize our apps for an auto-message or for your Messenger simply send an app in a message or go to your Messenger settings to add an app.

Whenever you do either of these things you'll be prompted to customize the Userfeed apps:
