Bump lives in the sidebar of your Intercom Inbox.

After installing the Bump app, you can add it to your sidebar by clicking Customize and choosing 👊 Bump by Userfeed from the app menu:

Pro tip:

Place the Bump app at the top of your Inbox sidebar. Most customers Bump hundreds of conversations per month! Since you will use Bump often, you'll want easy access to it without having to scroll through other apps in your sidebar.
